Osborn Tallmen
A halfling leader of the Southern Trading Company with a loud and boisterous personality. An excellent and prideful businessman, he enjoys work. Will not back down to a challenge and is gracious in defeat. Beneath Kingdom Grand's Industrial Market he keeps a second, quieter business: The Hideaway, a black-market shop reached through a concealed alley door, where he deals only with adventurers he trusts.
