Valerian (I Don't Know)

A small, talking fox, about four feet tall, with a fluffy, bright orange coat and white patches. Wears a green suit and bowtie. Notable for missing a finger. Has a mischievous nature and enjoys causing confusion with his alias, I Don't Know.
