Black Sand Beaches

The beaches beneath Evenfell where the city meets the sea. The sand is black as midnight, and the waves crash against the shore. The beaches are marked by cliffs and fortifications. Once a place for relaxation, it became dangerous and inhabited by displaced civilians and Augments in Dead Wars II. A century later, the beaches have been the site of strange cultist activity.
